Who sells the item and what these terms cover

cortrail is the independent online retailer selling the listed travel and outdoor organizers through this Shopify storefront. These terms apply when you use the store or submit an order. Shopify and payment or delivery providers supply services; they are not substituted for cortrail as the seller. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order, contact and delivery information.

Read the listing as a purchase unit

Before ordering, check the selected option, quantity, dimensions, material notes, compartments and included contents on the individual listing. A photograph may show equipment or several accessories for context; the stated purchase unit controls. Dimensions labeled approximate or estimated and materials described as indicative or inferred are not verified manufacturer measurements or composition. Ask us if a particular fit or material is essential for your luggage, vehicle or camp gear. We may correct an obvious listing error and will explain an affected order rather than silently substitute an item.

Submitting and paying for an order

Prices and order totals are in USD. Applicable taxes and any charges are shown before payment; Standard shipping is free in the stated service area. Payment methods depend on what checkout presents for the particular order. An order submission is subject to acceptance, payment verification, availability and fraud checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason and notify you; an amount paid for an unfulfilled canceled order is promptly refunded to the original method. Do not send card credentials by email or use an off-site transfer as a checkout substitute. See Payment Information.

Destination, timing and delay choices

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii; not to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations. PO Box eligibility needs confirmation before ordering. Processing is usually 1–2 business days after acceptance and payment verification. Estimated transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch, making an estimated 3–6 business day total; these are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship on the promised processing schedule, we tell you the revised timing and offer acceptance or cancellation with a prompt original-method refund. After delivery and before return

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For approved returns we supply a prepaid label, pay eligible return shipping and charge no restocking fee. The Refund Policy explains change-of-mind condition, damaged or misdescribed goods, the destination, inspection and refund timing. We do not offer exchanges. An unshipped cancellation is handled promptly and is not subject to return inspection. Applicable consumer rights for defects or misdescription remain available.

Site content, external services and availability

Store text, images and marks belong to their owners or are used for product identification; do not reuse site content in a way that infringes rights. A third-party mark does not mean affiliation or endorsement unless a product page expressly says so. External sites, including Google Maps, have their own terms and privacy practices. We work to keep the site available and descriptions accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that an external service will always load. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.

Changes, questions and applicable protections

We may update these terms prospectively and show the current date above. The version presented for an order and applicable law govern that transaction; a later edit does not silently change an accepted order. U.S. federal and state consumer protections remain available. These terms do not select an exclusive court or waive a protected remedy. Contact us about a specific order or listing concern.
