Why an organizer order uses information

cortrail operates this Shopify store as an independent retailer. A purchase or support request can involve your name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, selected product option, order contents, messages and return details. We use that information to complete the transaction and provide the service described here. You can browse product details without opening the Contact map, although the homepage and Contact page load that map directly when visited.

What reaches us and the service providers

You give us information when ordering, contacting support, requesting a return or exercising a privacy right. Shopify and service providers may also provide IP address, browser and device information, identifiers, site interaction records, cookie preferences, payment status, fulfillment updates and fraud-prevention signals. A payment provider handles card credentials and provides transaction information needed for the order; please do not send full card details to us by email.

Shopify hosts the storefront. Payment, delivery, customer support and technical providers receive information needed for their services. We may disclose information where law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Shopify or a processor providing a service does not replace cortrail as the seller of the products.

Purposes and choices

We use information for cart and checkout operation, payment, fulfillment, shipment tracking, support, returns, fraud prevention, security, accounting and legal duties. Necessary cookies support core functions. Preference technologies remember choices; analytics can measure site use; advertising cookies or pixels may support measurement or targeted advertising if enabled and permitted. If tools such as Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions or personalized advertising are used, those services may receive information under their policies. Hashed identifiers used for measurement, if any, can remain personal information.

Reading this notice or dismissing a banner is not consent to optional tracking. Use available Shopify privacy controls, Your Privacy Choices and browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect cart or checkout. A banner state alone does not prove that no tracking occurred.

The embedded map is a separate connection

The map on our homepage and Contact page requests content directly from Google. That request can send your IP address and browser information to Google even without a map click. Google may use cookies or other technologies under its privacy policy. The mapped Wasilla address is for correspondence, not a public retail location or return center. If the embed fails, the optional Google Maps link sends information to Google when you open it.

Retention, safeguards and location of processing

We keep records only as reasonably needed for order support, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention and disputes; the period depends on the record and applicable requirement. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country under applicable transfer protections. The store is for general consumers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us for review and appropriate deletion.

U.S. state rights and opt-out

Depending on your state, eligibility and the law that applies, including California CCPA/CPRA, you may be able to request access or knowledge, correction, deletion, a portable copy and information about disclosures. You may also be able to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses where applicable, and receive service without unlawful retaliation. Advertising disclosures may count as sale or sharing under some laws even when no money changes hands. Rights and deadlines vary by jurisdiction; this paragraph does not claim every right applies to every visitor.

Use the Shopify-powered Your Privacy Choices page for the available native opt-out form, or email support@cortrail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Supported Global Privacy Control signals are handled by Shopify's privacy mechanisms where applicable to the browser or device. A browser choice may not identify another device or account; use the account option if offered. A policy page alone does not submit a preference.

How we handle a request or appeal

Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough information to identify relevant records. We may verify identity or an agent's authority in a way proportionate to the request, using an account or limited matching details; we will not ask for a password or CVV. An authorized agent may provide proof of authority, and where permitted we may verify directly with you. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension. For qualifying California access, correction or deletion requests, the general substantive response period is 45 calendar days, with a further 45 days only when a permitted extension notice is given; opt-out timing can be shorter. If we deny a request, we explain the reason to the extent allowed. Where appeal rights apply, email “Privacy appeal,” identify the decision and explain your concern; we review it within the applicable period and provide further regulator information when required.
