Prices are shown in USD. At checkout, review the selected organizer, purchase unit, shipping address, applicable taxes and final total before submitting an order. Standard shipping is $0 within our 50-state-plus-DC service area. A photograph showing multiple pouches or accessories does not change the stated purchase unit or amount charged.

Methods depend on the order

Use only the payment methods actually displayed for your particular order at checkout. A footer card symbol or wallet name is informational and does not guarantee that method is offered on every device or order. If no payment method is presented, the order cannot be completed online; contact us for help. Do not send a personal transfer, cryptocurrency or full card details to an email address as a substitute for checkout.

Authorization and verification

A payment provider may authorize an amount while an order is reviewed; an authorization is not proof of dispatch. An order can be declined or held for legitimate verification, fraud prevention or address issues. Contact us if you see a duplicate or unfamiliar charge and include the order number or limited transaction details, never a full card number, CVV, password or one-time code. The payment provider processes sensitive payment credentials; cortrail remains the retailer responsible for the merchandise.

Refund path

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; we do not promise a different payout channel. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An unshipped order canceled in time receives a prompt original-method refund without waiting for return inspection. See the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for the full transaction terms.
